Diversity Action Plans for School Districts

I'm currently co-chairing a diversity action planning team for the local school district (Corvallis 509J) and would welcome the opportunity to connect with districts that have created diversity action plans. We have finished our assessment and are creating a plan. I'm attaching a copy of our assessment.

I'm hoping we can share best practices and lessons learned.
