I have worked with population all of my career. For me, the secrets to success was to structure the environment so that the student could experience real success, a lot of positive contact with the parents, and a great deal of respect shown for the members of the class. Whether it was the poor of the rural areas or the inner city, these components always worked.

Reviews

"The depth of your observations from last night is still resonating with me. I'm trying to think of another interview I've given where the questioner understood the material so well that he/she so regularly (and fluidly) went into new intellectual territory. I can't think of any. Pretty amazing. Thank you."
