Can we achieve Peace on Earth?

I started this project when I was in my 3rd class for Formal Project Management in 2006. I started by asking did Peace ever exist in the world? I could only find one place that claimed it did and it was in the Christian Bible way before Jesus.
I decided that there were 10 basic obstacles to Peace on Earth
#1 is to eliminate Domestic Violence because it is the root cause of all human violence. People are not born hating other people. They are taught to hate.
