I visited your web site but it looked to me like there were fees involved. I mean they were very reasonable but they were still there. I am not sure it is wise to advertise fee-free when it is not absolutely free. I admire your effort and it is very true that in some countries the children have no money for college. Now my way of looking at it would be to charge a little more from people who can afford to pay in order to subsidize the others.
