Today, we had the privilege of catching up with Luis Perez who blogs, presents, keynotes, teaches, writes books, and takes beautiful photographs. Another fact, is he is visually impaired. If you missed his #RSCON4 session, you can catch it below and learn a few more inspiring things about Luis.
What do you hope people take away from your presentation?
That with the right supports and the latest accessibility features built into mobile devices, any person can be a creative individual and find success in education.
What was your favorite #RSCON4 moment(s)?
Meeting educators from all over the world who share my commitment to inclusive education.
What are you looking forward to doing now that you've survived #RSCON4?
I enjoyed RSCON so much that I applied to and have been accepted to present at the Global Education Conference. I will be doing a presentation on the current state of accessibility around the world. I will be joined in this presentation by two other Apple Distinguished Educators whose work focuses on accessibility and who themselves use the accessibility features as people with disabilities
