Hi All,
I posted this because I thought it might be of interest. It's not about education per se, but it is about the future, about creativity, about insight, and about the value of asking the right questions.
It's a TEDx talk I gave, this April, to a group of Medical Professionals in Maastricht, Netherlands, who are passionatley concerned about, and committed to, involving patients more meaningfully in their own health care.
My sense is that there are strong parallels between patients and students and between doctors and teachers. and that there is much that forward-thinking professionals in both domains can teach one another.
