Full Session Description (as long as you would like):

Writing today is not something new. Still, many of our learners (or colleagues) have the idea that Writing means sticking to linear, or left-to-right production. Practices in the Writing skill today are, in fact, not too different from earlier periods in history, yet significant changes today offer new (technological) tools and dimensions which can play an important role in production enhancement. Unfortunately, Creativity still takes a back seat to set formats and expectations when it could become much more present in learner production when other opportunities are unveiled.  The purpose of this presentation is to share with fellow teachers / trainers a not-so-new way of viewing Writing while also encouraging participants to bring about creativity within their teaching contexts.
