It is believed that those who aspire to grow in their career would be able to choose what they want to learn, monitor the progress and at the same time receive individual instruction from teachers pertinent to the area that requires more clarity. It must be admitted that it helps teachers to develop work efficiency among students, but also fosters technological literacy among them. The presenter would highlight the extent to which she could offer individualized instruction to her students with the help of technology. She would also share the feedback she received from students who worked on various projects with her.
