I am married and have three children, three grandchildren, and a yellow labrador. My interests include reading, enjoying music, going to plays and concerts, growing flowers, scrapbooking, and spending time at our family cabin in Door County, Wisconsin. I have lived in Racine since age nine.
After working in law offices for 15 years, I returned to the University of Wisconsin Parkside to pursue my Bachelor of Arts degree in English and teacher certifications for Elementary Education and English. I began teaching in early 2000 as a substitute teacher then joined Wadewitz's staff in the fall of 2000. I earned a Master's of Science in Education degree in Integrating Technology in the Classroom Curriculum through Walden University in August, 2009.
