People often don’t find shampoo as the best thing for your hair. It can make your scalp itchy, dry and degrade your hair quality. So, if you’re ready to give up on shampoo, then here is a cheat sheet to wash your hair in the natural way.

• Baking soda

If you wish to go for a natural hair cleanser, then you just have to combine baking soda with one cup of warm water and dissolve it. Wash your hair with that water and rub it on the scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly and your hair shall remain clean and beautiful for long.

• Apple cider vinegar

The next thing which you can use on your hair is apple cider vinegar. Just mix 1 or 2 tsp of cider in a cup of water, as per the length of your hair. Rinse it right at the moment without leaving any trace of vinegar on your hair.

• Lemon

For those who have straight hair or dandruff in their hair, they should go for lemon juice dissolved in warm water to wash their hair. The citric acid of the lemon cleanses the dandruff. Just squeeze a lemon in warm water and leave it on your hair for 10 minutes. Rinse it out well and brush your hair.

• Lice shampoo

If you’ve got lice in your hair, then do not worry. One of the most natural ways to get rid of hair lice is to go for chemical free lice shampoo. They are gentle on the hair and clean out the lice conveniently.

• Conditioner

For those who have wavy or curly hair which doesn’t really get oily fast, then should opt for a plain conditioner, rather than going for a shampoo as it will make their hair rougher. Find a conditioner as per your hair quality and gently massage it on your scalp. It will easily cleanse all the dandruff and dirt out of your hair without drying it like a shampoo.

• Clay

You can always make use of mud cleansers if you have oily hair. Making use of clay on dry to oily hair enhances your hair quality. Just mix ¼ of the clay in a cup of water. You can also add essential oils for extra cleansing or good smell. All the clay to your wet hair and massage it just like you would do it with a shampoo. Leave it for five minutes and then rinse well.

With so many natural and safe ways to wash your hair, you can never harm them in anyway.
